I’m very excited about this, about as excited as I am about cheese curds at the Minnesota State Fair.  I’m not being at all sarcastic, I LOVE CHEESE CURDS.  Salty, gooey hot, squeaky cold.  I like ’em in ketchup, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, or plain.
