The next edition of Heather’s Happy Hour. Take it away, Heather!

Happy Hour in the fall is perfect at Porter Creek Hardwood Grill in Burnsville. A short trip down 35W brings you to a restaurant that has great wine, great outdoor bar, beautiful outdoor fire, and a wood fire grill.

Drinks are on special everyday from 3-6 and 9-Close. They have a great selection wine, scotch and beer. You can get a great flight of wine, tequila, scotch, and almost anything. Monday is half-priced draft beer,Tuesday is half price bottles of wine and Wednesday is $2 off any flights.

The food is fantastic, even if you stick to apps and flatbreads. During their happy hours they offer both at half price. The spinach artichoke dip is great and the prosciutto flat bread is amazing. You can pretty much order a flat bread and app for two as dinner, great bargain!

In the summer they have an outdoor bar, which is beautiful, and multiple waterfalls throughout the dining areas. The best part of their patio is best used in the fall…A Fire Pit! The fire is not used often so you can almost always guarantee a spot. It is perfect for an after dinner drink during their late night
happy hour.
