My fella and I decided it was high time we hit up the horse racing track that we kept hearing about, Happy Valley.
I’m not much of a betting gal. So I don’t know much about horse racing and the humanity of it all. So let’s just have fun.

I know we already talked a bit about tea, but check out how beautiful this flower Cha (say it “Chah”) is.
One is chrysanthemum and I believe the other is roses. Smells amazing, tastes great and looks beautiful.
Thanks for tuning into another Mumbling Monday.
The oldest, most awesome ferry in all of Hong Kong is the Star Ferry.
Ok, I’ve not been on the every ferry that Hong Kong has, but I love the old-world charm of this ferry.
Check out Kowloon Park. This is one nice park. Well maintained, pretty clean, complete with a community center and aviary area. I didn’t go to where the birds were, I have a track record for birds liking to poop on me. Knock on wood, I’ve been bird poop free in Hong Kong. Like many parks, I hear that it gets kind of seedy at night, where people score drugs and whatever else people do in parks at night.
Confession time.
I normally don’t wear deodorant. To the point where I don’t know how to spell it. I just had to look it up. How embarrassing.
I love Hong Kong’s public transportation. The options are pretty much endless. You can take your pick.
Ferry, Double Decker Bus, Mini-bus, Train, Trolley and Tram. Cabs and personal cars are options too, but I rarely use those. I haven’t been in personal car since I left America.
Yes, that is one tiny glass. The other day a few of us decided it was a perfect day to kick a few back and relax on our pal’s rooftop.
